My 14 year old seal point was born with blue eyes. A year or so ago, his left eye developed a small yellow blotch at 7 o’clock which is progressively getting larger and darker. His right eye is now following suit at 11 o’clock. It doesn’t seem to have impaired his vision. I distinctly chose this supposed ‘runt of the litter’ cross breed for a fluffier coat and to avoid possible inbreeding defects. However, (1st innoculation incl.), he is worth every cent of the mere NZ$130 I paid for him !
